In-house Capabilities

Our fully equipped offices in Bridgend and Leighton Buzzard allow us to produce programs for almost all NC/CNC machines and control systems using CATIA, NCL, ANVIL4000, APT140, CATPC for Varimetrix/NCL and RevPostII.

All NC programs produced are verified using Vericut NC simulation. We also provide a complete service of planning, fixture design and prove-out on customer’s machines if required. We can also arrange machining capacity on three, four and 5 axis milling machines and lathes, for the production of components we have programmed.

Vericut is used to simulate CNC machining in order to detect errors, potential collisions, or areas of inefficiency. Vericut enables NC programmers to correct errors before the program is ever loaded on the CNC machine, thereby eliminating manual prove-outs.

NCL offers a unique blend of automated and user-controlled tool path generation techniques that result in reduced programming time and increased quality.

VX providers hybrid surface, solid and wireframe modelling combined with manufacturing capabilities.
